Shipping
 

Domestic: We ship USPS First Class with Tracking (+ insurance on purchases totaling over $200). Please allow between 2-5 days from the time of shipping for your purchase to arrive. If you would like your order sooner, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Please allow anywhere from 4-7 days for the fabrication of your piece as most items are made to order. If interested in a special order of 14k yellow or rose gold plated pieces, or solid gold please inquire for details and processing time.

International:  We are happy to ship internationally. Please email us at marisa@interstellarlovecraft.com for more information.

 Returns + Refunds + Exchanges
 

If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15 day refund/exchange policy and 60 day exchange policy.  Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping and ask that you cover the cost to ship in the case of an exchange. Free local pick up/drop off is also an option.  The buyer is responsible for paying the shipping on your returned item unless of course there is an error on our end. Please package appropriately, if damages occur due to lack of appropriate packing, we are not responsible.

If fit or sizing is an issue, let’s work it out! Please email us at marisa@interstellarlovecraft.com, subject "Exchange" and we’ll come up with a solution for your specific issue together.

If your item is defective or damaged in any way, we stand by our work and will happily repair/replace free of charge.


Repairs


We are more than happy to repair any of our pieces with normal wear and tear repair needs. All pieces will be subject to review by artist and a cost may be incurred based on the requirements of the repair. Customers are responsible for shipping costs minimally, however we do accept repairs drop off’s and pick up’s at our events. Please use our contact form or email Marisa@interstellarlovecraft.com with a detailed description of the nature of the repair needed and ideally a few photographs so we can provide the best service possible to you.

Plating and Replating

As of January 2017, we began working with Red Sky Plating for all of our gold plating needs. Each 14k yellow or rose gold piece receives a 3 micron treatment. This is what is referred to as “heavy gold plating” if the foundation piece is brass or “gold vermeil” if sterling silver. As a result, our pieces will remain beautiful and lustrous for many years to come regardless of wear and tear.  It is always advised however to avoid prolonged contact with water (showering/washing hands) while wearing treated jewelry. To polish, use a soft micro fiber cloth on your plated pieces. Do not use any type of chemically treated cloth or solution as you risk removing the plating on the piece. On a rare occasion, pieces do need to be replaced due to heavy wear, or the skin chemistry of the wearer. We will replace once free of charge within 3 years of date of purchase and only charge $10-$20 for replacing outside of that window. If you have any additional questions about our plated jewelry or plating in general, please don’t hesitate to ask!

Ring Sizing

Please make sure you use a proper ring sizer if you are unsure of your ring size. Each ring is made to order and personalized just for you. If you are unsure of your ring size, please DO NOT use the string method or a ruler and string. If you need a ring sizer mailed to you, please fill out our “Contact Form” with your request and address and venmo $3 to @interstellarlovecraft.


Demi-Permanent Jewelry

We are happy to reattach bracelets and anklets as well as add clasps to any Demi-permanent jewelry from us. There addition of a clasp will be $5, reattaching a piece of jewelry is free at any of our public events in the Rochester/Buffalo area.
